No. Compliance Care is a monitoring, document-control and support service. Where a matter requires legal, tax, technical or administrative advice, we identify that need and recommend the appropriate next step.
Does the service guarantee that my property is compliant?+
No responsible service can guarantee that without qualification. We keep the position under structured review using the information available, official sources and the documents supplied, and tell you when something needs attention.
I already have an agent, solicitor or gestorÃa. Do I still need this?+
Possibly. Compliance Care complements those professionals rather than replacing them. Its job is to maintain the ongoing monitoring function between individual transactions, filings or pieces of advice.
Which properties can join?+
The service is for eligible whole-property tourist rentals in Murcia, Valencia and AndalucÃa. We do not cover room rentals. Every property is considered individually, including relevant municipal and community circumstances.
What happens if I stop renting during the year?+
The service runs for a fixed 12-month term paid in advance. Purview keeps the file and support available for that full term.

We begin with the property details, rental registration information and the documents you authorise us to review. We set out the exact list after the initial suitability check.
