About Purview Letting & Management

Purview Letting & Management is a family-run business based in Mazarrón, working with property owners, tenants, and buyers across the Region of Murcia.

From the beginning, the aim has been simple: to do things properly.

Property here is not always straightforward. Between rental rules, licences, community restrictions, guest setup, maintenance, and day-to-day management, there is often a lot more involved than people expect. What many owners and buyers need is not just a service, but somebody who understands how it all works in practice and can keep the process clear from start to finish.

That is what we focus on.

We work with owners to help them rent out and manage their properties with confidence, whether that means full management, compliance support, preparing a property for guests, or making sure everything is set up as it should be from the outset.

We also work with buyers who want to purchase with rental in mind, helping them find properties that not only look right, but also make sense from a legal, practical, and rental point of view before they commit.

2025 was a major year for Purview. The growth of the business and the support of our clients gave us the platform to open our first office in Bolnuevo in 2026, which was an important milestone for us and a clear sign of how far the business has come.

A large part of what matters to us is being straightforward, reliable, and easy to deal with. Many of our clients are based overseas, may not speak Spanish confidently, and want someone local they can trust to keep things moving and handle matters properly on their behalf.

That is the standard we aim to bring to every property and every client relationship.
